Location: northwest of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Spring: Bihac, village Klokot
Characteristics: speed flow river, 25 m wide, 1-3 m deep
The Klokot is a tributary to the Una. The 5-kilometre long stretch of water is very beautiful and particularly suited for fly-fishing enthusiasts. There are large populations of grayling, brown trout, rainbow trout and pike and it is not uncommon to hook a brown trout weighing up to 5 kilos.
The river is up to four meters deep. The most attractive part of our fishing district is close to the river spring, and therefore, it is a cold and clean water with a lot of oxigen, a real paradise for grayling and brown trout. The policy of our management is to eliminate the rainbow trout from the river, as it is not autohtonos species of the river, and at the same time , to enrich the water with the grayling and the brown trout by continuous fish ranching.
Daily fishing licenses 25 Euro
